The Neat Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays in delivery due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information. •If the shipping address is entered incorrectly by the customer, and a change is required to the final destination address, a $17 intercept fee will apply. •Three (3) delivery attempts will be made to the shipping address provided. If no one is available to accept the shipment, contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to make alternate arrangements. •If the package is returned to sender due to the customer not meeting these arrangements, a reshipping fee will apply.
